Since your Android phone likely has a lot of sensitive information on it, it's a good idea to back it up in case something goes wrong. You can do this with controls that come with the phone. 

STEPS

CLICK ON THE MENU BUTTON ON THE HOME SCREEN. Click "System settings."

SCROLL DOWN THE SETTINGS PAGE. Stop when you reach the "Personal" section.

CLICK "BACKUP ASSISTANT PLUS MEDIA."

INPUT YOUR PASSWORD. Click "OK," then click "Backup Now" to back up your phone's files.
